Management Team |

Joseph P. Neglia (Chairman of the Board)
With a career spanning some 40 years, Chairman Neglia has world-class
credentials in both the racing and governmental regulatory
fields. In 1994, Mr. Neglia received the Joan Pew Award for
displaying “courage, dedication, vision, and vitality” in
his role as Chairman of the New York State Racing and Wagering
Board. Mr. Neglia has 18 years of experience serving as past
Chairman and voting member of the New York State Racing and
Wagering Commission and past Chairman of the Association of
International Racing Commissioners, as well as on various other
Boards of Directors. This has provided him with the
expertise necessary to navigate Royal
Turf Club through
any regulatory challenge.
In addition to these career highlights in the racing industry,
Mr. Neglia has a distinguished background serving the state
of New York as a mediator, Election Supervisor, and Assistant
Industrial Commissioner to the Department of Labor.
Such extensive qualifications make Mr. Neglia uniquely qualified
to guide the Royal Turf Club through
the many legal and regulatory issues it faces.

Bruce Benedict (President)
Mr. Benedict is a horseracing and gaming-industry executive
with more than 30 years of experience in the development and
implementation of gaming programs for both online and Internet-based
applications. He worked for United Tote company from 1993 to
2006, most recently as the Executive VP of International Sales,
and was responsible for implementing strategies for international
expansion and multiple wagering strategies that included pari-mutuel,
simulcasting, and Internet operations, as well as utilization
of other devices for customer use.
Prior to joining United Tote in 1993, Mr. Benedict served as
Program Director for Control Data Corporation's Automated Wagering
Division. He spent nearly 20 years with the company, managing
the CDC Data Center in New York and heading up customer relations
and support for Capital and Western Region OTBs of New York
state. He has a wide-ranging knowledge of the horseracing and
gaming industry and was instrumental in the development and
implementation of simulcasting, electronic data transfer of
wagering information, account wagering, and IVR/touch-tone
applications, as well as multiple system and network transitions
for the company.

James A. Egide (Director)
Mr. Egide is the founder of Global Pari-Mutuel Services
and Royal Turf Club, which launched a new advanced
version of Internet pari-mutuel horserace wagering, and has
served as a CEO, director, and Chairman of the Board of Global
since its inception. He has been an owner of thoroughbreds
since 1980, and his horses have won the William P. Kyne Handicap,
California Derby, and Bay Meadows Derby. From 1996 through
2000, Mr. Egide served as a director of Digital Courier Technologies,
Inc., an Internet payment processor, and from April 1998 to
July 2000 he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of this public company. During this period, he also
helped structure the MasterCard and Visa acquisition programs
at St. Kitts National Bank. From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Egide was
actively involved in managing his personal investments in several
national and international businesses. He previously served
as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Carme,
Inc., a publicly traded company engaged in the manufacture
and distribution of hair and skin care products, which he founded
in 1978. Carme, Inc. was sold in 1989.

Michael Bard (Director)
Mr. Bard has served as a financial consultant to several credit-card
processing companies since 2002. From 1996 to 2001, he served
as Controller for Digital Courier Technologies, Inc., an Internet
payment processor. Mr. Bard also served as Controller for various
publicly traded and private government services firms between
1971 and 1996. From 1976 to 1991, he served as Senior Vice
President and Controller for CACI, Inc., a publicly traded
company. Mr. Bard is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Hoblock Jr.
Mr. Hoblock has been on the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. He has been elected as a New York State Assemblyman,
a member of the Colonie Town Board, the Albany County Executive, and a New York State Senator. Mr. Hoblock has been a lawer since 1971
serving as a partner at Zubres, D'Agostino, Hoblock & Greisler, P.C. and as a counsel at Crane, Parente, Cherubin & Murray, P.C. in Albany, New York.
He was educated at Siena College in Loudonville, NY and at Albany Law School. He was a Captain in the US Marine Corps and served in Vietnam.

Turf Club has partnered with industry leaders
in all major areas of tote services, program content, and
technical expertise.

Amtote, Inc.
Amtote, Inc. is the provider of Tote Services for all transactions
associated with the Hub. RTC has already integrated Amtote’s
services for the host tracks associated with the Hub. In addition,
they will serve as the Hub consolidator for race content.
|
Equibase
Royal Turf Club is the only non-racetrack
opperator outside the US with a license from Equibase. Equibase
is the source for all program content and handicapping core
services for the racing industry. Past-performance data, speed
ratings, and handicapping tips are just a few of the services
that Royal
Turf Club will
provide to its clients through Equibase.

RCN Network
RCN provides RTC with its frame relay communications network
through their international service to all host tracks from
the Amtote hub. In addition, RCN offers state-of-the-art streaming
video content to assist our clients in their wagering endeavors.

Rosnet
Rosnet is the source for program content and past performance
data for the dog racing industry.
|
St Kitts Government and Horsemen
We are duly licensed by the government of St. Kitts and Nevis,
and local horsemen participate in our revenue stream.
