The development and integration process of Royal Turf Club,
Ltd. ("RTC's") pari-mutuel service conditions
apply to all options.
(“RTC”) has spent several years developing its
various services, with the industry’s need for “flexible
delivery methods” in mind. These various options are
intended to provide our clients with the best solution for
their particular needs.

Traditional Walk-In OTB
RTC services the traditional OTB business. RTC provides the wager processing through its hub and facilitates content access to the OTB's. RTC provides wager processing and also provides the settlement and reconcilliations for these OTB licensees. With hundreds of OTB-type operations throughout the Central and South American market and with the proper business model, there can be significant expansion of this market. |

High volume, computer analysis players:
Additional channels include servicing select high volume players looking for the service and financial consideration that they deserve. These players will not be pirated from racetracks, but players that want the convenience of playing from home using their sophisticated tools (handicapping and computer skills) to manage their investment portfolios.

Other gaming options:
In addition to the "traditional" racing product, the powerful and sophisticated computer system can offer other gaming products. Many racetracks have become successful by offering other products to their customers. The initial simulcasting model helped the revenue of racetracks, but the Racino model has proven successful in both domestic and international operations. With RTC's unique expertise and jurisdictional environment, we will offer our customers new and exciting gaming content. Some of this content exists today through the RTC Hub and these options will cater to a different (new) player base and new innovations will be quickly launched. As players are developed, they will be exposed to the full menus offered by the RTC. Players who don't want to play on a regular basis will have interest in high profile international races. This content is expected to be offered to those players on those days, using the same accounts they are used to playing with. This is unique to the industry. The central system can segregate each activity and will be fully transparent to the regulatory and industry powers. |
